The brand highlights the unusual duo of little Célestine, an orphan mouse and Ernest, a big marginal bear, clown and musician. She advocates tolerance, sharing and inclusion. In 2012 the first film was released (10.5 million admissions worldwide) and the second film “Ernest & Célestine, Voyage en Charabie” was released last December in France with great success as well. 2 seasons of the television series are broadcast on France 5 and Piwi+. The property is emerging in Asia and the United States. More than a million books have been sold worldwide. The licensing program is already well established with 10 licensees and new reissues and albums each year.
