Jean-Michel Basquiat is one of the best-known artists of his generation and is widely considered one of the most important of the 20th century. His avant-garde works combine symbols and writing with invented iconography, in edgy and raw compositions with a keen sense of color and balance. Popular internationally and exhibited in museums around the world, the Louis Vuitton Foundation (Paris) will highlight it during a brand new exhibition from March 5, 2023, pending that of the Philharmonie de Paris on April 6, 2023.
